Wahoo (Acanthocybium solandri) are among the fastest fish in the ocean, making them one of the most thrilling catches off Miami and Haulover Inlet. With an elongated body featuring an iridescent blue back, silvery sides with vertical blue bars, and a large mouth with sharp jaws, wahoo are built for speed. They are highly migratory, capable of traveling up to 60 miles in a single day.
